My name is Iva Jackson-Ketchum and I am a genealogist enthusiast.  I am originally from Kansas City, Missouri, but I currently reside in Massachusetts, located between Providence, RI and Boston, MA.   I love to research and happen to be a researcher of sorts in my day job.  I am currently working on my paternal lineage which is mainly based in Missouri, but I have also discovered my Africa American ancestry goes back to Kentucky and Virginia.  I hope to soon work on my maternal lineage which will extend my journey to Oklahoma.  I have recently also started researching my husband’s lineage which starts in Texas.  This is just a few family lines with so many more opportunities and possibilities to explore.
